Sick Leave: 
7 ½ Days/Year – capped at 480 hours

Paid Time Off (PTO) Leave: 
Capped at 2 times accrual rate:
Paid Time Off – 13 Days (1st thru 5th year)
Paid Time Off – 18 Days (5th thru 10th year)
Paid Time Off – 23 Days (10th year or more)

Educational/Training Expenses:
$300/year (supervisor approval)

Holiday Pay: 
10 Days – designated days already scheduled
